Man set for trial on a wounding charge

A 29-year-old man has been sent for trial to Craigavon Crown Court on a wounding charge.
Michal Krzysztof Stepien, whose address was given to the court as Aldervale, Craigavon, appeared last Friday at a preliminary enquiry sitting at the local courthouse.
The charge facing Stepien is that on May 8 of this year he unlawfully and maliciously wounded a man with intent to do him grievous bodily harm.
Stepien was remanded in custody to appear at Craigavon Crown Court for arraignment on December 4.
